Pay what you like restaurant deal

Liked the quote from the owner: "It's entirely up to each customer whether they give 100 pounds or a penny... All I'm asking is they pay me what they think the food and service is worth."

    i wonder if we can make it more related?
    i wonder if we can drum up support for it
    for those people in the local area
    or
    if we know of a place nearby
    we suggest they do the same
    and as a mass of people
    we can actually allow them to provide stuff for cheaper
